This is a great summer recipe, especially on those days
when the temps ahd/or humidity are both high. It’s s
salad with chopped Romaine Hearts, zucchini, tomatoes,
mushrooms, some “crunchies” (like cashews, and French
Onions), tossed together with a really good Honey Mustard
dressing. And let’s not forget the lovely broiled or grilled
steak – either a London Broil or a Ribeye, sliced against
the grain into the salad. With some biscuits, it makes
a fabulous hot weather meal. This serves 4-6 people.
