The baguette, which is called “French bread or Parisian baguette” is one of the symbols of the country, just like wine or camembert.

After the Second World War the production of chopsticks became industrial and mechanized. Serial production allows manufacturers of bakery products to conquer foreign markets.

At the end of the 1980s, artisan bakers reacted to industrialization and returned to traditional methods.

France exports more than 155,000 tons per year.

Big chopstick lovers, the Japanese were the first to train in the bakery in France, followed by the Americans.
