recipe
potatoes – as your wish
salt – 1 tbsp (while boiling potatoes)
oil – 2 tbsp (or more if you like)
peri peri masala
(or you can add chaat malasa+red chilli powder+ salt all in equal quantity)
BOIL POTATOES ONLY FOR 5-6 MINS
oven setting-
temperature- 200 Celsius
mode- convection (with both rods heating)
duration- 30-40 mins (depending on how crispy you want them)
additional tips-
-while fries are baking, after 20 mins with the help of a long spatula move them a little
-if your OTG has more temp available then bake them at higher temp and reduce the duration accordingly
-while boiling the potatoes, make sure to boil them only 75% or else they will be too mushy and not that tasty
