Here are the ingredients of my Plum Chutney ( plum chutney recipe)

1 kilo of plums, washed, stones removed, sliced quarterly
1 onion, peeled & chopped finely
2 apples, peeled & chopped finely
100 g of sultanas (raisins)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of salt
900 g of brown sugar
350 ml of malt vinegar
4 chili peppers, chopped finely
3 bay leaves
1 lemon
4 tbsp of marmalade
