Ingredients:
Viennese Sable (classic and chocolate versions)
190g soft butter (t=20C)
1 pinch of fleur-de-sel or sea salt
75g powdered sugar
1 egg white
230g flour (for chocolate version take 30g of good cocoa powder and 200g of flour)
Vanilla extract optional
