Ingredients:
2 cups Crisp Apple Reàl
2 eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp Vanilla Reàl
Pinch of salt
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
8 slices brioche or Texas toast
1 stick unsalted butter
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tbsp golden raisins
Directions:
Mix eggs, cream, Crisp Apple Reàl, Vanilla Reàl, and spices thoroughly. Soak bread in the mixture for 3 minutes.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, add apples and raisins, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn heat off and add Crisp Apple Reàl.
In the skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook the soaked bread until golden brown on each side. Serve individually or family-style on a platter, topped with Crisp Apple Reàl raisin mixture.
