This is a recipe of Wholewheat Rosemary Bread. So healthy, let’s try!!
—Ingredients—
150g flour
150g whole wheat bread
3g salt
3g yeast
240 lukewarm water
Rosemary (as much as you want)
olive oil (just little bit)
— recipe—
01. Mix together whole wheat, bread flour, yeast and salt well
02. Add lukewarm water and rosemary and mix well
03. knead it well for about 10 minutes
04. let it rest in a fridge for 8hr and take a walk outside
05. deflate the dough and knead it
06. deflate, fold and shape the dough
07. preheat an oven to 200 degrees C (392 degrees F)
08. Bake the bread until the loaves are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cool the loaf.
