Good morning everybody. Welcome to a very calm wholesome day in the life vlog. I’ll be sharing some cooking tips as always, I have made the most amazing French onion pasta bake ( You also much try it as a soup too )
French onion soup recipe : – top with crusty bread and melted cheese or add cream then mix in with pasta and bake in the oven !
Serves 2
3 whole red onions
3 garlic cloves
25g butter
1btsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 beef oxo cubes in 1/2 ltr water
Tsp of onion powder
tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
