We kick off our Seafood Galore Series with this creamy, luxurious platter of Seafood cooked Thermidor style. This recipe is an absolute treat for any seafood lover!

Ingredients:
1 x Cooked Lobster (Cut in Half)
6 x Large Scallops in Shell
6 x Mussells in Half Shell

Cream Sauce:
3 Tbsp – Butter
1 Shallot finely chopped
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 cup Parsley chopped
½ cup Dry White Wine
½ cup Thickened Cream
1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt to Taste

Toppings:
Grated Gruyere Cheese
Cooked Corn
Breadcrumbs
Parsley

Serve with Beer, French Fries and Slice of Lemon.
