Learn how to make McDonald’s classic French Fries recipe at home! And exactly how the restaurant does it. These fries are golden and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Ingredients:
2 russet or idaho potatoes ( you can use as many as you want) soak in ice water for 10 min
water for boiling
1/2 cup sugar or corn syrup
2 tbsp salt
soak for 7 min
dry them well cool down
Fry 350F for 2 min
then cool down
(you can freeze at this moment for extra fries you don’t want to fry in a ziploc bag)
Fry 350F for 7-8 min till golden brown.
