• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 table spoon maple syrup
• 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• Tiny pinch of salt
• coconut oil
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
