“Can I order a fried chicken sandwich without the chicken?” Such an order can be rather confusing for most fast-food employees. But once we turn the corner and they see the deep frying setup in our car, it all makes sense.
As a tip, if you are making fried chicken, be sure to brine in buttermilk and pickle juice for extra flavor. Then, be sure to use some potato starch when frying. Happy cooking!
