Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless half kg
Black pepper freshly crushed 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lettuce 1 bunch
Tomatoes cubed 2
Old bread cubed as required
Parmesan Cheese 3 tbsp
Greek yogurt 1/3 cup
Olive oil ¼ cup

Method :
Take a bowl add black pepper, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt mix well add chicken and marinade for an hour.
Shallow fry the chicken and set aside. Fry the bread cubes golden brown and set aside.
Take a large bowl add black pepper salt mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, olive oil and mustard paste mix well , add lettuce and tomatoes mix well add chicken pieces on top and croutons .Serve

Classic French Toast

Ingredients:

Bread slices 6
Lotus spread 1/2 cup
Eggs 4
Milk 1 cup
Cinnamon ¼ tsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Bananas slices 2
Ice cream 2 scoops
Maple syrup as required
Butter for frying

Method:
Take a bowl add eggs and beat with whish well .
Add milk , whisk add sugar, cinnamon, nut meg and mix well .
Now dip the slices in the eggs batter and fry the slices till golden brown and keep it aside.
Now heat the spread and sprinkle on slices and serve the ice cream scoops or bananas. And serve.

Rajma Chawal

Ingredients:

Red Kidney beans 2 cups (Boiled)
Rice 2 cups (Boiled)
Onions 2 chopped
Cumin 1 tbsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 3
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Whole spice powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 3
Salt to taste
Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Ingredients for rice :
Rice
Cumin 1 tsp
Bay leave 1
Black pepper corn 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp

Method:
Soak the kidney beans overnight and boil till soften. Soak the rice for 15 minutes. Take a large wok add water and add cumin, bay leave, salt, oil, black pepper add rice and boil till rice are cooked and drain the rice and cover the lid and cook rice on low flame for 10 minute and set aside.
Take a large wok add oil, cumin and onions and cook on low flame till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes , red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, whole spice powder, salt and sauté till oil is oozing out.
Now add boiled kidney beans 2 cups water and simmer the gravy with lid on.
Add chilies and fenugreek leaves and serve with rice and salad.

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

Fresh / frozen strawberries ½ cup
Yogurt as required
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Ice 1cup
Red drink syrup 2 tbsp

Method:
Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix well and serve.
