Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp butter
200g / 7oz baby bella mushrooms
1 yellow onion
2 garlic clove
2 bay leafs
2 tbsp flour
125 ml (1/2 cup) dry white wine
500ml (2 cups) chicken stock
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
185 ml (2/3 cup) heavy cream
