Ingredients
1)Chicken ( Boiled & shredded)
Note : keep aside the left over chicken stock.
2) Garlic (Chopped)-1tsp
3) Capsicum – 1cup (finely chopped or grated)
4) Carrot – 1cup (finely sliced or grated)
5) Cabbage – 1 cup (grated)
6) Soya sauce-1tbsp
7) Chilli sauce-1tsp
8) Schezwan sauce – 1tsp
9) Vinegar – 1 tsp
10) Tomato ketchup – 2tbsp
11) Cornflour – 2tsp (Add with chicken stock )
12) Chicken stock – 2 cup
13) Salt to taste
14) oil
15) Hot dog bun – 6
