French Toast Recipe
1 Cup Oat milk (or milk of choice)
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
Cinnamon, as much as you desire
5-6 pieces of bread of choice
1. Add your milk, chia seeds, flax seeds and cinnamon in a bowl and give it a good mix.
2. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, this way the chia seeds will absorb some of the liquid.
3. Dip your bread into the mixture, covering both sides of bread.
4. Place coated bread on a baking sheet, grease baking sheet with coconut oil to prevent sticking.
5. Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping the french toast half way through.
7. Serve it with your choice of toppings and maple syrup.
