quick and easy french chicken stew
ingredients:
chicken cut up
salt and pepper
1 onions slice
5-6 cloves garlic chop
1 small dice carots
1 stalk celery
1-2 bay leaves
1 can mushroom (cut half)
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 butter
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 cup chicken stock
parsley for garnish
