In This Episode:
*Pan: non stick skillet
*Basic sweet crepes are made with simple ingredients: eggs, milk, water, flour, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla for flavor (for savory, no sugar is added)
*Note:
Crepes can be made by hand, in a bowl with a whisk, but I have always found lumps and had to strain the batter. Using the blender is ‘foolproof’, and by far, the easiest way to mix the batter.
