Strawberry French Toast Roll Ups | Eggless Stuffed French Toast | Tasty French Toast Recipes

Ingredients:
For batter:
• All-purpose flour – 2 Tbsp
• Custard powder – 2 Tbsp
• Powdered sugar – 1 tsp
• Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
• Baking powder – ¼ tsp
• Butter – 1 tsp
• Full fat milk
&
• Bread Slices – 6 to 8

For filling:
• Strawberries – 7 to 8
• Powdered sugar – 1 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Chocolate (shaved, chips or chunks)
• Strawberry crush

Recipe:
1. Prepare the batter by mixing all ingredients and keep it aside.
2. Finely chop strawberries and add powdered sugar and lemon juice to it. Keep it aside.
3. Cut the edges of bread slices and roll them with help of rolling pin to make them flat.
4. Spread a tsp of crush onto the slice. Add chopped strawberries and chocolate.
5. Gently fold it into a roll by pressing and sealing the edges.
6. Give the batter a quick mix and dip al rolls into it.
7. Heat a pan on low flame and add butter. Place all the rolls on pan and toast them on low flame till they become golden in color.
8. Serve hot with chopped strawberries and melted chocolate.
