-Chicken liver pate with red onion jam and toasted baguette
-Smoked tomato and shrimp bisque with roasted corn and leeks
-Frisee salad with bacon lardons , cherry tomato, herbs, pickled onions, warm bacon vinaigrette
-Duck leg confit w/ red wine cherries
-Smokey duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes
-Asparagus with lemon oil and flaky salt
