🔴 (1) Regular French Fries:
➤ You will need a russet potato. Cut them all of the same size. you can choose to cut the potato at old fashioned way (watch the video and see how i cut). you can also use a potato cutter.
➤ Then i put the julienne in fresh water and rinse it. to remove the starch from the potato, i repeat until the water is clean.
➤ Into 2 liters of boiling water add 30 milliliters of vinegar(it will make the difference between very crispy fries and a normal fries) and add a pinch of salt.
➤ boil the fries for 10 minutes. after 10 min put the fries on a cooling rack and wait until they cool down a little bit and then dry out your fries (its important).
➤ now fry them for about 1 to 2 minutes ( fry without color). again put them on the cooling rack then keep them in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
➤ Get the oil from 375 to 400. now its time for second bat. fry them until its nice golden brown.
🔴 (2) Another Type of Fries:
➤ Take a nice potato and leave the skin on the potato. cut potato in your potato cutter (Cut them all of the same size).
➤ Into 2 liters of boiling water add 30 milliliters of vinegar(it will make the difference between very crispy fries and a normal fries) and add a pinch of salt.
➤ Dry the julienne and put olive oil in a pan and make sure to coat every single julinne with olive oil then put them in the oven at 400 for a night for 30 minutes. when they get out the salt immediately.
🔴 (3) Last & Super Tasty Fries:
➤ Take potato (i took 8) and leave the skin on the potatos.then with a mandolin i cut them very very thinly into a bowl with fresh water in it.
➤ rinse the potato and then dry out the potatoes finely.take your potatoes on a bowl and put 2 tbsp of kosher salt into the potato and 1 cup o melted butter and mix very well.
➤ take square or rectangular container. spray oil in it so the parchment paper will adjust perfectly into it.take potato slice and layer them on into your container. cover the top with hanging parchment paper.
➤ let it go to the oven at 350 for 1 hour..and a half..then let it cool down until you touch them. then put this in a fridge overnight.
➤ remove the potato brick from container and cut all of the edge and cut the potato all of the same size.
➤ put oil at 375 degrees and fry them until you get that nice golden brown color and put them on a cooling rack and salt when you are done
