7 Must-See PARIS Attractions:

Seine River
See Paris from an open excursion boat. The Seine River gives you the opportunity to see many notable Paris attractions.

Eiffel Tower
The Eiffel Tower is Paris’ most iconic and romantic landmark. It is in the Heart of Paris and was built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel. There are three different levels. The first two both have restaurants and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. The third level is only accessible by the elevator. The tower is illuminated at night with a light show sparkling through the structure for 5 minutes every hour.

Tour Montparnasse
A 210-metre office skyscraper – the Tour Montparnasse went up in the early 1970s. At the top you can see all of Paris.

The Louvre Museum
This museum is a must-see for Art lovers. The Louvre started out as a medieval fortress in 1793 and has since been built up to an incredible collection of fine art from all over the world, including the most famous Da Vinci’s ‘Mona Lisa.’ The Louvre is a former royal palace.

Avenue des Champs-Elysees
Champs-Elysees is the most famous and beautiful road in the world. It is a tree-lined avenue that runs from the Arc de Triomphe towards the Louvre. It is a real symbol of Paris and France.

Arc de Triomphe
The Arc de Triomphe is a stunning war monument custom-built by Napoleon in 1806 to honor those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars.

Palace of Versailles
Whenever someone mentions Paris, the first thing I think of is the Palace of Versailles with its hall of mirrors and enchanting gardens. The main palace is only one element, along with the large grounds, the Royal Opera House, Grand Canal, Neptune Basin, Grand and Petit Trianon. This historic royal chateau will have you in AWE as you walk through history with historical figures like Marie Antoinette. My daughter’s name stems from Marie Antoinette.

It was a challenge for me to decide what to include in this series, so that’s why I am giving you a bonus. Missy💕
