November 11, 2015 Part 2. We tried so many food & wine items on our trip! In this episode, we went to the Morocco, Canada, United Kingdom, and France pavilions. We also visited the Food and Wine Festival cranberry bog and got our annual passholder stamp for the port wine glass, as well as went on Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and Journey Into the Imagination with Figment.
The Food & WIne Festival items we sampled in this video are:
Japan: Teriyaki gyoza bun (Steamed bun filled with chicken, vegetables and sweet teriyaki sauce), Spicy hand roll (tuna and salmon with Kazan Volcano sauce), and Pineapple Fuzed Sake
Brazil: Crispy pork belly with black beans and tomato, Pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), and Kaiser Brewery Xingu Black Beer.
Ireland: Lobster and seafood fisherman’s pie
Dominican Republic (so good we ate it twice): Soufflé de yuca (yuca soufflé topped with griddled cheese), Frozen sugar cane cocktail featuring Ron Barceló Blanco Rum
France: La Passion Martini Slush: vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron, cranberry and passion fruit juice
