Indian spicy chicken friccasse

Ingredients
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Onion chopped – 1 bowl
Butter- 100gm
Kasuri methi- three teaspoon
Cashew- 25 no
Maida- 4 tablespooon
Bay leaf- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 3 tspoon
Garam masala -2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves- 1/2 bowl
Mushrooom-1 bowl
Pepper powder- 3 teaspoon
Fresh cream- 1 bowl
Chicken stock- two bowl
Oregano- to garnish

Make a paste of cashew, coriander leaf, curd, kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste and garam masala. Then marinate the chicken and keep it in fridge for two hours. Then fry it in butter till it turn golden brown, add the sliced onion and mushroom in to the remainimg butter after frying. Saute it nicely add salt, pepper and saute well. Then add maida and stir nicely. Add chicken stock in to it. Bring it to boil. U can add white wine too. ( its optional). Then cook it for twenty minutes. And lastly add cream and garnish it with oregano leaves…
