This Beef Bourguignon is such a tasty recipe and if using a Cheaper Beef and Slow cook the meat it is an inexpensive meal I hope you enjoy Watching have a blessed day.
Ingredients
450 Grams Stewing Beef
150 Grams Bacon Lardons
Baby or Pearl Onions around 1 Dozen
150 Grams of Button Mushrooms
1 Chopped Carrot
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon of Plain (all purpose flour)
Seasoning To Taste
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules or 2 Fresh Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon Sage
1/2 Cup of Beef Stock
1 Cup of Red wine (Optional) I chose not to add wine in this recipe.

Method
Rinse the Beef under Cold Running water and Dice into Cubes
Add 1 Tablespoon to a frying Pan and gently Fry the Beef Lightly Season
Fry until the meat is no Longer raw
Add the Pearl or Baby Onions and continue to gently fry
I cooked the Beef in 2 Lots as its best not to overcrowd the Frying Pan
Add all the meat together and add 2 Tablespoons of Plain (all purpose flourmix well covering all the meat pieces
Add 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree Mix well
Add 1 and 1/2 Cups of water mix well
Add the Fresh Garlic or Garlic Granules Mix well
Add 1 Teaspoon Basil
Add 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
Add 1/2 Teaspoon Sage
Add 1 Cup of Beef Stock Mix well
Optional is 1 Cup of Red Wine I chose not to have wine
Simmer for 10 Mins
In a Frying Pan gently Fry the Bacon Lardons or Diced Bacon of Choice until Browned
Clean 150 Grams of Button Mushrooms and Gently Fry
Finely Slice 1 Carrot and par cook then set aside
Set oven to 170c
In a Casserole dish
Place the Meat and Onions add the Carrots and Mushrooms
Bake in a preheated Oven 170c cook for 2 hours
after and hour if needed add Water about 1 cup but only if needed.
Serve with Mash Potatoes or Rice
