Chateau Auzias Cabardes Bordeaux Red Wine
This is a 2018 vintage located in the Languedoc region of Bordeaux. Family-owned and operated vineyard located on rocky gravel slopes at good elevation. A blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Franc and 80% Grenache.
Product of France. The strong alcohol content of 14.5% suggests a fine and strong wine with most residual sugars fermented. A very nice, tart, wine with good minerality and notes of black currant and cranberry dryness. A lovely wine! I’d rate at an 89/100 points — almost an A- drop!
