A food review from onboard the Celebrity Apex. The Apex is the brand new ship of Celebrity Cruises. The Celebrity Apex premiered in the Mediterranean in the Summer of 2021 before repositioning to her new homeport of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in October of 2021.
The Celebrity Apex is a beautiful cruise ship and has amazing food at her many dining venues all around the ship. In this food review I discuss two of the Apex’s main dining rooms, Cosmopolitan and Cyprus, as well as specialty restaurants Eden, Le Petite Chef and Family, and Fine Cut Steakhouse. I also talk about how Celebrity Cruises food compares to that on other cruise lines.
