Ingredients:
½ cup all-purpose flour
1½ cups milk
1 tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
6 eggs
1 Campagne bread, thickly sliced into 1-inch cubes
3 oz cream cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
½ cup peanuts or cashews, roasted and chopped
Cooking spray

To serve:
Pancake syrup or blueberry, maple syrup
