We’re as basic as it comes during the fall; all things pumpkin and pumpkin spice in the Filer household… especially when it comes with 24g of protein! 👏🏻💪🏻😍
Katie treated us to a DIVINE Sunday brunch that consisted of low carb French toast made with pumpkin spice Level-1 protein and Pumpkin spice flavor Muscleegg egg wash as the ‘dip.’ Holy heck. This was fire.
Ingredients:
0.5 scoop a level-1 Protein
2 slices Sara Lee low calorie bread
0.5 cup Pumpkin spice muscle egg
dash of Nutmeg and pumpkin spice
Directions:
1) Mix muscle egg and level 1 in a bowl
2) Dip both sides of bread evenly into egg/protein mixture
3) Place bread on pan with oil/pam
4) Cook until both Sides are golden brown – Make sure it’s cooked through
