As one of the only two French restaurants in HK that has achieved 3 michelin stars, Caprice is definitely worth a visit. I already regret that I haven’t paid a visit earlier but hey, the one last formal fine dining with a special menu created by Chef Galliot before leaving HK is not too late!
Everything that seems effortless comes from huge amount of effort behind the scene. And with how effortlessly perfect the lunch at Caprice look like, it sure has certified the efforts behind.
