wash well

Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 tebalspoon
Corn flour 2 tsp
Hot oil
Let it fry 5 minutes Low flame
until golden brown
