Ingredients:
100g Sotanghon
100g Pancit Canton
lLeft over cooked Chicken
2pcs prawns
2pcs tokwa or tofu
Repolyo and Carrots
bell pepper
garlic and onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups of chicken stock

Here’s how;
1. iprito ang tokwa, until golden brown, at I prito ang prawns then set aside
2. Igisa ang bawang sibuyas at konting bell pepper, at isunod ang cooked chicken, lagyan ng konting chicken stock at haluin lang isunod ang carrot haluin takpan saglit at isunod ang repolyo then set aside.
3. Maglagay ng 2 1/2 cups of chicken stock at pakuluin, at ilagay na ang Sotanghon at pancit canton, pakuluan lang haluin hanggan maluto Ng half cook lang, ilagay ang na sinet aside na mga gulay at sahog. ilagay na rin ang prawns at fried tofu.
4. Serve garnish with parsley or kenchay.
