Ingredients:
250g Cabbage
100g Carrot
6 dried Mundu Chillies
⅓ cup Grated Coconut
¼ tsp. Mustard Seed
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 15 mins
French Beans Bhaji
Ingredients:
250g French Beans
1 cup Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 large Green Chilli
⅓ cup Grated Coconut
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp. Kalonji [Nigella Seeds]
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -5
