My mom (French Algerian) always made this for us growing up. It’s comfort food at it’s best and oh so easy to make! The leftovers can be blended into a soup for an easy and fast dinner as well! Here is the full recipe. The exact amounts are pretty fluid. You can add more onion if you like that, less carrot if you don’t like that. Turnips and Celery are also a nice addition!
