To make these beauties, there are few steps which are very crucial.
First, measure all your ingredient using a scale.
Second, your egg white should be room temperature.
Third, we need good quality almond flour.

Cookie –
140g almond flour
130g confectioners sugar
100g egg white (room temperature)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
110g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Green tea powder
Strawberry jam (or food coloring)
Yellow food coloring (and lemon)
Macaroon sheet
Cream –
1.5 cup of milk
4 egg yolk
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of corn starch
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
