This time, Chef Michel Roux Jr takes Fred Sirieix to some of his favourite restaurants in Paris. First, the pair visit one of the most famous restaurants in the city, La Tour D’Argent, where they experience a signature dish that as been on the menu since 1890. Moving away from restaurants that offer expensive indulgence, Michel takes Fred to a place reviving one of the simplest and cheapest French classics – the ham baguette.
