Welcome to “That Place at the Lake”! A renovated recreational trailer situated in the family friendly community of Lindell Beach Holiday Resort (90+/- minutes from Vancouver). Just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Cultus Lake!
This is the perfect local getaway opportunity to relax, explore, and enjoy the outdoors so close to home!

The space
That Place at the Lake – 400 sq ft. Recreational Trailer at Lindell Beach Holiday Resort
**Bookings are 6 nights minimum at this time** COVID-19 cleaning protocols in place**
Living Room:
The living room consists of a “click down” sofa bed (twin size), swivel chair, shoe rack, record player and records (feel free to dust off your ol’ record collection and bring along), small collection of books and board games (monopoly, scrabble, card games), wireless charger, Bluetooth speaker. Sofa bed sheet-set and light comforter is provided for your stay – please bring personal pillows.
Custom Kitchen:
The kitchen includes coffee makers (Keurig KExpress, French press), microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove top, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes (adult and child friendly), pots & pans, spice set, cups (adult and child friendly), toaster, dish soap, cleaning cloths, and cleaning supplies (all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, broom and dustpan, vacuum, sanitization kit).
Dining Area:
The dining area seats 4 comfortably (two chairs and 1 bench seat).
Main Bedroom:
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed with memory foam topper, closet and hangers, shelving unit, reading lights. Queen sheet-set and light comforter is provided for your stay – please bring personal pillows.
Secondary Bedroom:
The secondary bedroom consists of a bunkbed (2 twin beds), closet, reading lights. Twin sheet-sets and light comforters are included in your stay – please bring personalized pillows. **Please be aware the top bunk bed is restricted to 165lbs.**
Bathroom:
The bathroom consists of toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, hand towels, medicine cabinet, shower, small bath tub. 1 towel set (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) is included per guest. Powdered laundry detergent is included – guests may use the laundry facilities in the clubhouse ($).
Outdoor Space:
The outdoor space includes a new deck and custom covered pergola (even when it’s raining you can enjoy the summer nights!), string lights, propane fire pit, propane BBQ, new outdoor patio furniture, dining table and chairs, patio umbrellas, outdoor blankets, tennis rackets & tennis balls, horseshoes, common green space. Propane is provided for fire pit and BBQ. A spare propane cylinder will be available if needed. 1 parking space.
Park Amenities:
Pool/hot tub (typically closes mid-September), playground, large greenspace, tennis/basketball courts, laundry facilities in clubhouse ($ coin operated).
