This is a GREAT salmon recipe! It roasts the salmon in foil, with a breading and vegetable topping. We served it with roasted broccolini. NOTE – in the video, we also served sliced artisan bread, but…we didn’t even eat it, as the breading on top of the salmon was perfect and DEFINITELY enough!
