Owner and chef Stefan (the Brad Pitt of Footscray) is classically trained in the French tradition of the table, however, his real passion for sharing food comes from his grandmother Alice, of Italian heritage. The generosity & the heartiness of Stefan’s background is evident in his simple rustic approach to cooking.
