Ingridents:
:- beef 1 kg
:- carrots 3,4
:- mushrooms 2 cups
:- small onion(bulb onions) 2 cups
:- olives 1 cup
:- cornflour 2 tblspoon
:- red grape juice 2 cups
:- onion 1 in small diced
:-corns
Spices ::
:-Salt as per taste
:-red pepper as per taste
:- black pepper as per taste
:- garlic crushed as per required
:- paprika 1 abl spoon
:- basil 1 teaspoon
:-thyme 1teaspoon
:-oregano 1 teaspoon
FOR BEEF STOCK:
:- Cloves, cardemom, black cardemom(few pc)
:- turmeric powder 1teaspoon
:-salt as per taste

DIRECTIONS:::

CUT THE BEEF INTO BIG CUBES
Put into pressure cooker with beef stock ingridents and give pressure at leat 15 ,20mintus for well done

After that seprate the beef and stock.

In a pan add butter ..saute the mushroom with some garlic ,salt and pepper ..

In one pan saute 1 onion ,add carrots and spices then add one cup of beef stock add corns, bulbonions, red grape juice and 2 tablesppon of cornfloue mix cornflour in half cup water then add after that add beef and mushroom ..

Emjoy with garlic noodles,nnaaan, rice
