Hot girl summer is here and some of us are wondering how to lose weight, get trim and be healthy quickly! I have lost 25 pounds by following simple French diet tips, hacks and guidelines and I am here to share all the secrets of why French women don’t get fat. The French stay skinny and slim because they love to eat a lot of produce, fruit and vegetable on the daily basis. The French diet includes lots of fruit, vegetables, produce, salads, soups and they avoid snacking. My secret to losing weight has been a green smoothie daily! I take in all my portions of fruit and vegetable in one drink and I feel energetic and full all day. Eating less and smaller portions is the key to slimming down but it is hard to do when you are always hungry or craving sugar. This green smoothie prepared in a high power blender like Vitamix or Blendec will solve this issue: you will no longer feel hungry or ravenous. You can live in the United States and still adopt a healthy French diet lifestyle since being French really is a state of mind! Summer is here and we want to lose our best. If you do not have the perfect body and do not know where to start to lose weight, you have found my magic but effective weight loss weapon! You won’t have to change or overhaul your entire diet, which can be overwhelming and make you unmotivated to lose weight or discouraged when you step on the scale. Weight loss in your 20’s is hard, weight loss in your 30’s and 40’s is even more challenging but this green smoothie can change things around and help you feel summer ready, with a bikini body quickly! FRENCH DIET MAGIC GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Ingredients:
· 4 cups of greens (power greens, baby spinach, baby kale, romaine etc. avoid iceberg lettuce as it is low on nutritional value and vitamins)
· 4 cups of fruits (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are great, as well as apples, oranges, mangos. Anything you prefer! Frozen fruit work great!
· 2 cups of water or more based on the consistency you prefer
· half of a small avocado (frozen avocado works also! Costco has those!)
· 1 teaspoon of organic Matcha powder
· Liquid stevia or Monk Fruit sugar to taste
· The juice of half a lime or half a lemon
· Fresh ginger to taste (optional)
· Ice!
Brand of liquid Zinc I use:
Start by mixing the greens and water in a high power blender until liquefied. Add the fruit and blend well. Add the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
