Today, our Black Marble Hill Syrah 2021 is getting racked (moving wine from one vessel to another) from stainless steel tanks to brand new 300l French Oak barrels where it will age for 18-22 months.
We will monitor and taste the wines throughout the ageing process, whereafter only the best barrels will be selected for bottling.
