Make this mouth-watering beef brisket on a pot meal made with the PowerXL Combo 12-in-1. Seared on both sides and then baked in red wine and French onion mix. Beef Brisket One-Pot Meal
Serves 4
1 ½ lb beef brisket
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup red wine
1 ¼ oz French onion soup mix
2 carrots, cut into pieces
10 baby potatoes
1 bag frozen pearl onions
2 tbsp. parsley leaves
1. Season the brisket on both sides with the salt and black pepper.
2. Set the appliance to the Sauté setting. Add the oil to the Inner Pot. Let the oil heat up.
3. When the oil is heated, add the brisket and sear until browned on both sides.
4. Cancel the cooking process. Top the brisket with the wine and the French onion soup mix.
5. Attach the Air Frying Lid to the appliance. Set the appliance to the Bake setting. Set the cooking temperature to 250° F and the cooking time to 1 hour.
6. When the cooking time is complete, flip the brisket and repeat the cooking process three times (total baking time: 4 hours).
7. When the cooking process is complete, add the carrots, potatoes, pearl onions, and parsley. Bake at 250° F until the potatoes are tender (about 2 hours).
