CORGI (BUTT) MACARONS
With Nutella buttercream and salted caramel center.

Ingredients macarons:
80 gram egg whites (1/3 cup)
75 gram caster sugar (1/3 cup)
95 gram almond flour (1 cup)
85 gram powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
Salted caramel:
150 gram caster sugar (2/3 cup)
150 gram heavy cream (2/3 cup)
125 gram unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 gram salt (depending on your own pallet)(1/2 tsp)
Bake in a preheated oven at 150c (300F) for 14-15 minutes.
