Soaked in the goodness of eggs, french toast will satiate your taste buds & leave you asking for more!

Ingredients:
– Bread
– 500 Ml milk
– 150 Gms castor sugar
– 2 Eggs
– 1 Tbsp cinnamon powder
– Vanilla essence
– Butter
– Granulated sugar
– Fresh cream
– Whipped cream
– Chocolate sauce
– Icing sugar

Method:
1) In a bowl of milk, add castor sugar & eggs. Whisk well.
2) Now add the cinnamon powder & vanilla essence. Whisk again & leave aside.
3) Add butter to a pan & let it heat.
4) Soak your bread slices in the mix & then put them on the hot pan. We have used brioche bread here. You can use any bread of your choice. For best results though, it is advisable to use stale bread.
5) Once the bread slices have browned a little, take them off the heat.
6) The french toast is now ready to dig in. For us though, food isn’t just about flavours, but also about appetizing it looks. So, here is what we did to plate our french toasts really well.

Making the caramel sauce –
1) Add some granulated sugar to a pan & let it melt. Make sure not to burn it.
2) Add a dash of your caramel sauce to the plate/platter.
3) Place your french toasts.
4) Pipe in a little whipped cream.
5) Pour chocolate sauce on the toasted bread slices.

The french toast platter is now complete!
