Hey you! Welcome to my what I really eat in a week video. I eat mostly plant based but I love a good scoop ( or 3..maybe 4…okay 5) of ice-cream and treats. I’m an Island girl so I love spices and BOLD flavors, and that’s what you’ll find in this what I eat in a week video! Comfort food :).

What you won’t find? SALAD. I cant.

This week I cooked for every meal, every week is different, it honestly depend on what grocery items we have in the kitchen (and my mood). We came off of a fruit fast recently from eating out WAY to much take-out, so this week I made sure to avoid ordering out by preparing healthy yet comfort meals.
