Sharing my go-to French Toast Recipe + links to some of the items I used here.
Ingredients
* 1/8 cup flour
* 1/2 cup milk
* pinch salt
* 1 egg
* 1/4 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 tbsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp orange zest
* 4 thick slices sourdough bread
Instructions
* Pour flour in a mixing bowl. Add the milk slowly while whisking.
* Whisk in the salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar until smooth.
* Heat a buttered griddle or pan over medium heat.
* Start soaking your bread on both sides until saturated.
* Cook each side until golden brown.
* Serve with maple syrup and your favorite toppings like berries!
