We are with Coen winery, founded in 2019 in Mendoza, Argentina. This is their Rosè which is Malbec in purity. It has a vibrant pink color (as we say onion skin), very typical with French rosè wines. This wine is characterized by freshness and youth (the vintage is 2020) which make it ideal for aperitifs “at pool-side” Nuances are typical of Rose fermented at cold temperature with aromas of raspberry, violet, dried herbs, very elegant and fresh.
