Nung isang araw, nagsamgyup kami sa bahay. Dahil maraming natirang beef, I cooked 2 dishes; Gyudon and Roast beef. Walang sayang diba? 😉
Here’s the recipe:
GYUDON
Ingredients:
Set A:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 piece onion
2 tsp green onions
500 grams thinly sliced beef
ROAST BEEF
Ingredients:
Set A:
500 grams thinky sliced beef
1 clove garlic, sliced
¼ teaspoon rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Set B (Gravy):
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons red wine
2 cups beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Set C:
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic
Marble potatoes
French beans
