Hello everyone,
Today’s recipes are one of my favorite childhood recipes. Today in this summer when mangos are available everywhere, try this recipes and enjoy the summer delicacy.

Ingredients
For Mango stuffed banana Umber
Banana 4 Nos
Jaggery 2 tablespoons
Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
Pinch of salt
Mango 1 no
Oil for frying

For Mango salad
Mango 2 Nos
Lime 1 no
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon degi mirch powder

Method
Mango stuffed banana Umber
1. Peel banana and mash them. Add jaggery, Salt and wheat flour and keep for 7-8 hours or overnight.
2. Cut medium Frozen Mango into cubes. Now Stuff this Mango into the banana dough and make a small shape dumplings for frying.
3. Heat oil for frying and fry dumplings for 5-6 minutes and done.

Mango salad
1. Peel and Cut medium Frozen Mango into long shape like French fries.
2. Now squeeze lime juice over it and sprinkle some salt and chilli powder.
3. Mix well and Salad is ready to eat
